GVRS is currently seeking persons interested in Full & Part-Time Employment (ALS & BLS)

Requirements:
 Must be at least 18 years old at least 12 months of field experience
 Must possess Class 2 EVOC & a Virginia Driver’s License with positive points
 Must have a valid CPR & EMT Certification (PALS, ACLS, EMTB, A, I or P)
 Must be able to pass a background check through the Virginia OEMS
 Must have no physical restrictions and be able to pass a physical
 Must possess basic computer skills
 Must be to work with minimal supervision
 Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
 Work seamlessly with both career and volunteer personnel
 Safely operate ambulances and other light duty vehicles
 Follow all agency and state regulations and protocols
 Perform daily inspections of all apparatus and restock daily
 Perform station duties
 Ensure the cleanliness and stocking of station apparatus
